ESSENTIAL DUTIES: -Assist Producers in the production of new business across divisions. -Oversee financial analysis reporting. -Maintain excellent carrier relationships to provide the most cost-effective solutions and client advocacy, when needed. -Conduct client meetings and presentations (i.e. financial statement reviews, informational sessions, etc). -Provide oversight on all quality control measures to avoid potential error and omissions. -Consistently deliver competitive advantages in the most cost-effective, impactful manner. -Participate on project teams that develop the innovative products and services clients need. -Work diligently to maximize Surety programs for clients in order to be seen as an indispensable business partner -Maintain updated knowledge regarding legislative or industry changes that could impact the organization or its clients.

-Bachelor’s degree in a closely related field or any equivalent combination of education and/or experience. -Property and Casualty license, preferred. -Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and in writing. -Intermediate to advanced skills in navigating the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel. -Proactively identifies and resolves client issues to avoid disruptions in client service and/or coverage. -Demonstrates a strong interest and/or experience in technology and is able to utilize it to streamline processes. -Able to independently apply objective decision-making to maintain team productivity and client satisfaction.
